Customer satisfaction is our goal here at ImDatMama.com. Any customer claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please follow the instructions provided for submitting claims for misprinted, defective, wrong, damaged or lost items.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
I'm Dat Mama™ Brand wants you to be satisfied with your item(s). Please read the item's description before making any purchase to ensure that you are ordering the item(s) in the size(s) and color(s) that you want. I'm Dat Mama™ Brand does not accept returns or give refunds for buyer's remorse. I'm Dat Mama™ Brand does not provide size or color exchanges for items. In the event that any of our products does not meet your satisfaction, please inform us by contacting us at info@ImDatMama.com.
MISPRINTED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG
In the event that any of our items are misprinted, defective or the wrong item, you must submit a claim within 10 days after the product is received by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us at info@ImDatMama.com. You must include photos of the misprinted, defective or wrong item with your email.
If a misprinted, defective or wrong item is shipped out to you due to a mistake on our part, you will be refunded for the item, or it will be replaced and shipped to you at no cost to you.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 5 days from the day you receive your package by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us at info@ImDatMama.com. You must include photos of the damaged item in its original packaging with your email.
Notifications for damaged items received after the 5 days will not be honored.
LOST PACKAGE/WRONG ADDRESS/UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributor's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our distributor's facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
